As a Talent Manager in a corporate environment, Clare gained a real appreciation for the profound importance of managing talent in today’s competitive business climate as well as the challenges which lie in the implementation of an effective talent management strategy.
Clare is a Chartered HR Professional, certified by the South African Board of People Practices (SABPP) and a CEDR and Conflict Dynamics qualified civil and commercial mediator. Clare has a Social Science degree with Honours in Human Resource Management and is currently studying towards a Masters degree in Futures Studies through the University of Stellenbosch.
